A central building with a historical Façade, internals had been renovated in the 1980’s which destroyed any real character left inside. Strong were to turn this run down property into a luxurious boutique style one bedroom property, our challenge was to ensure that every single inch of space was used to give a much needed free space as well as design led, after renewing all electrics to meet current regulations we went to work fitting out a beautiful new Luxurious Bathroom and Kitchen, removing plaster from the one remaining original walls and working with that wall to start our design process, paneling in the living room and bedroom, as well as bespoke wardrobes, after scouring the local antique stores we dressed the property to achieve a delightful pied-a-terre.
